
PM Modi lands in Rome, to meet Italian PM Meloni
Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived in Rome, Italy, on Tuesday to meet with President Sergio Mattarella and Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni. The visit focuses on boosting India-Italy cooperation, particularly the India-Middle East-Europe Economic Corridor (IMEC), and reviewing the Joint Strategic Action Plan 2025-2029. The Prime Minister will also visit the headquarters of the Food and Agriculture Organisation (FAO) to strengthen India's commitment to multilateralism and global food security.
