Malabar region gets eight Ministers in V.D. Satheesan Cabinet
Congress has sworn in a full Cabinet in Kerala, with 21 ministers including the Chief Minister. The six northern districts will have eight ministerial berths, with representatives from IUML, and Kerala Pradesh Congress Committee. While Kozhikode and Kasaragod are not represented in the current cabinet, Sunny Joseph, A.P. Anil Kumar, and T. Siddique represent Kannur, Malappuram, and Wayanad respectively.
