IFFK 2025: Four out of 19 films awaiting Centre’s clearance granted permission for screening
Four movies have received official censor exemption for screening at the 30th International Film Festival of Kerala (IFFK). They are Beef, Eagles of The Republic, Heart of The Wolf, and Once Upon A Time In Gaza. The remaining 15 films awaiting clearance include Sergei Eisenstein's classic Battleship Potemkin. Congress MP Shashi Tharoor criticized the denial of clearance to the film. The IFFK is being held from December 12 to 19.
