Congress questions Centre after Lok Sabha says no Nehru papers missing from PMML

The Congress questioned the Union Government's response to a question in Lok Sabha regarding missing documents related to Jawaharlal Nehru. The government stated that no such documents were found missing during the annual inspection of the Prime Ministers Museum and Library (PMML). Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, the Union Culture Minister, clarified that there is no policy for an annual audit of documents in PMML, and that no decision was taken regarding the non-availability of Nehru's documents. The PMML Society, led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi as president and Defence Minister Rajnath Singh as vice-president, houses a collection of books and rare records.
