Delhi's Rouse Avenue court declined to take cognisance of the chargesheet filed by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) against Congress leaders Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi and others in the National Herald money laundering case. The court asked the ED to continue its investigation into the alleged conspiracy and money laundering involving Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi, late party leaders Motilal Vora and Oscar Fernandes, along with Suman Dubey, Sam Pitroda, and a private company, Young Indian. The court also refused to provide an FIR copy to Ms. Gandhi and others.
