Ladakh groups seek meeting with Shah and steps to build trust
Ahead of Amit Shah, the Union Home Minister,’s visit to Ladakh, the Leh Apex Body (LAB) urged for a trust-building exercise and requested a meeting with him during his two-day tour. The LAB, composed of socio-political-religious organizations, also called for the convening of a high-powered committee, chaired by Shah, which includes members from the LAB and the Kargil Democratic Alliance (KDA).
