
BJP appoints Shivraj Chouhan as central observer for election of Bihar legislative party leader
The BJP appointed Union Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan as the central observer to oversee the election of a new leader for the party's legislative party in Bihar. Following Nitish Kumar's move to the Rajya Sabha, the process of forming a new government is expected to begin after April 13th. JD(U) national working president Sanjay Kumar Jha confirmed that the new government will be formed by the NDA legislators upon the recommendation of the BJP. The date for the Bihar NDA legislature party meeting has yet to be announced.
