Four policemen injured in a blast in Challapalli police station

Four policemen, including a sub-inspector, were injured in an explosion at the Challapalli police station in Avanigadda sub-division of Krishna district. The blast occurred when seized firecrackers stored in the police station exploded while being removed. Home Minister V. Anitha inquired about the incident and directed officials to provide best treatment for the injured. Krishna district In-charge Minister Vasamsetti Subash expressed concern over the blast and directed authorities to prevent such incidents in the future.
