Who is Shiv Pratap Shukla, Telangana’s new Governor
Shiv Pratap Shukla, a veteran BJP leader, has been appointed as the fifth Governor of Telangana. He previously served as Governor of Himachal Pradesh and held various ministerial positions in Uttar Pradesh. Shukla, born in 1952, was elected to the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly four times before joining the BJP in 1983. He also served as a Rajya Sabha member from 2016 to 2022.
