
Baramati plane crash: Maharashtra CID questions VSR Ventures owner
Potential criminal negligence in a fatal plane crash involving a high-ranking official is a serious matter.

Singh, owner of VSR Ventures, the company that operated the aircraft involved in the Baramati crash that killed Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar. The CID is investigating whether sabotage or criminal negligence led to the plane crash, and had previously sent questions to VSR Ventures. An accidental death report was filed at the Baramati Taluka police station after the crash, which was later transferred to the Pune CID.
