IUML and MMK to contest in 2 seats each as part of DMK alliance
Indian Union Muslim League (IUML) and Manithaneya Makkal Katchi (MMK) will contest in two and two seats respectively as part of the DMK-led alliance for the upcoming assembly elections. The seat sharing agreement, involving 11 parties including Makkal Needhi Maiam and the DMDK, saw IUML reduce its contested seats from three to two while MMK retained both their seats.
