Mallu Ravi rejects allegations linking infant’s death to clash at jatara

Mallu Ravi, Congress MP from Nagarkurnool, has refuted allegations that the death of a two-month-old infant in Kummera village was caused by the February 18 clash at the Sri Mallanna Swamy jatara. He stated that the child had prematurity and lung complications, died three days after the incident, and no injuries were found during the post-mortem examination. Mr. Ravi also rejected claims of a connection between the infant's death and the clash, arguing that a false complaint was filed to link the events. He accused certain BRS leaders of exploiting the family's grief for political gain.
