Tirumala laddu issue continues to rock Legislative Council

The Andhra Pradesh Legislative Council adjourned its session on Friday due to continued debate over allegations of adulterated ghee being supplied to the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) for laddu prasadam. Koyye Moshenu Raju, the Chairman, expressed regret over members continuing Question Hour after it was declared concluded. Payyavula Keshav, the Finance Minister, and Kinjarapu Atchannaidu, the Agriculture Minister, engaged in a heated exchange over the allegations. The TDP and BJP members also raised concerns about the handling of the issue. The session is scheduled to resume on March 4th.
