'Diminishing unity of Muslim Ummah': Pakistan condemns Netanyahu’s 'hexagon of alliances' plan
The Pakistan Senate unanimously condemned Benjamin Netanyahu’s plan to create a “hexagon of alliances” involving India, Arab nations, African countries and Mediterranean states. The resolution, moved by Palwasha Mohammad Zai Khan, decried the Israeli leader's attempts to diminish regional unity and threatened peace and stability. It also condemned Israel's recognition of Somaliland and its ongoing violations of international law and the Gaza ceasefire agreement. The Senate urged the international community to hold Israel accountable for its actions and demanded full withdrawal from occupied territories, humanitarian assistance to Palestinians in Gaza, and support for an independent Palestinian state.
