Confrontation or dialogue? You choose, North Korea’s Kim tells US

Kim Jong-un, the leader of North Korea, stated that dialogue with the United States is possible only if Washington acknowledges Pyongyang as a nuclear power. He emphasized that further expansion of its nuclear capabilities and full recognition of its status as a nuclear weapons state are unwavering goals for his country. However, he declared that there would be no talks on denuclearization and that any attempts at dialogue with South Korea would be futile. He threatened to use "all forms of physical force" against hostile states if necessary.
