156 MLAs and MLCs to take part in A.P. Legislature Sports

Andhra Pradesh's Legislature Sports-2026 will be held over three days, beginning February 24th, with the objective of fostering team spirit among public representatives. Assembly Speaker Ch. Ayyanna Patrudu will inaugurate the event at the IGMC stadium and Dandamudi Rajagopala Rao Indoor Stadium in Vijayawada. The competitions will include cricket, kabaddi, volleyball, tug of war, athletics, badminton, chess, and carroms. A total of 156 MLAs and MLCs will participate, with key decisions regarding the welfare of athletes, coaches, and sports development being made during a recent Sports Authority of A.P. board meeting.
