‘India, UK resolve to deepen cooperation in AI, next-generation telecommunications’
India and the United Kingdom reaffirmed their commitment to deepen cooperation in artificial intelligence (AI) and next-generation telecommunications. During a meeting between Union Minister of State for Communications Pemmasani Chandra Sekhar and UK Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for AI and Online Safety Kanishka Narayan, both sides discussed progress under the India–UK 2030 Roadmap and the UK–India Technology Security Initiative. The meeting explored areas such as autonomous network management, AI-driven cybersecurity, spectrum innovation, and non-terrestrial networks. Both countries also exchanged best practices on preventing telecom fraud using AI-based tools.
