‘Did not abuse anyone,’ says Priyanka Gandhi, rejects Rijiju's charge of instigating MPs

Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, Congress MP, refuted Kiren Rijiju, Union Parliamentary Affairs Minister's claim that she encouraged her party MPs during a confrontation in the Lok Sabha Speaker's chamber. She stated that no abuse occurred and that she spoke peacefully at the end of the incident. Rijiju alleged that around 20-25 Congress MPs entered the Speaker's chamber and verbally abused him, while also claiming senior Congress leaders, including Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, were present and encouraging confrontation. He further stated that a privilege notice would be filed against Rahul Gandhi, Leader of the Opposition in Lok Sabha, for misleading the House with baseless allegations.
