
High Command will have to react, says DCM
D.K. Shivakumar, Deputy Chief Minister of Karnataka, stated that he would defer to the decision of the Congress high command regarding Chief Minister Siddaramaiah's son, Yathindra, and MLA Basavaraju's statements about leadership changes in the state. Shivakumar responded to Yathindra's assertion that his father will complete his term, and Basavaraju's call for clarification on the power-sharing pact, by saying he would accept whatever the high command decides.
