Congress spokesperson accuses NCB of behaving like BJP’s ‘agent’

Lakshman, spokesperson for the Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee, accused the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) of acting as a tool for the BJP and spreading false information about drug operations in Mysuru. He challenged the NCB to provide evidence of their recent inspection at a phenyl manufacturing facility, which was under construction, and criticized the agency's use of language suggesting it is targeting Mysuru specifically due to its connection to Chief Minister Siddaramaiah. The NCB claimed to have busted a drug trafficking syndicate in Mysuru, but both the City Police Commissioner and Home Minister denied finding any contraband during their inspection.
