Tamil Nadu SIR: SC directs ECI to display logical discrepancies at public places in voters facing deletion

The Supreme Court ordered the Election Commission of India (ECI) to publicly display names of voters with logical discrepancies and reasons for them in every ward. The court also allowed affected individuals to submit documents or objections through their authorized representatives, such as Booth Level Agents (BLAs). The state government was directed to provide adequate manpower to handle document submissions and objections from affected voters.
