‘Flying to Baramati, will talk tomorrow’: Attendant’s father recalls her last words
Shivkumar Mali, a resident of Prabhadevi in Central Mumbai, and his daughter Pinky Mali, who was an attendant on the Learjet 46 that crashed in Baramati, are among those killed. The plane, operated by VSR Ventures, was carrying Ajit Pawar, Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister, and other political leaders. Vidip Jadhav, a police naik attached to the Special Protection Unit of the Mumbai police, and Captain Shambhavi Pathak, the co-pilot, were also killed. The crash occurred on Wednesday (January 28, 2026), leaving behind grieving families who rushed to Baramati.
