After HC quashes FIR against Amit Malviya, BJP demands removal of Udhayanidhi Stalin as Deputy CM

The Madras High Court quashed an FIR against Amit Malviya, the BJP's IT cell in-charge, in Tamil Nadu, citing that questioning or responding to Udhayanidhi Stalin's "hate speech" is not a criminal offense. Piyush Goyal, Union Minister, welcomed the decision and accused the DMK of having an "anti-Hindu" mindset. Shehzad Poonawalla, BJP spokesperson, alleged that the case against Malviya was filed with a "vendetta mindset" to punish him for speaking out the truth.
