AI-driven security grid in place for Medaram Maha Jatara; geo-tag based Missing Persons Tracking System and 13,000 police deployed

Telangana's government has implemented a comprehensive safety and security framework for the Medaram Sammakka–Saralamma Maha Jatara, with an estimated three crore devotees expected to attend. The Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy inaugurated a Command and Control Centre (CCC) to monitor crowd movement and emergency response. The event will also utilize AI-powered drones, cameras on balloons, and face recognition technology for security purposes. These measures aim to ensure the safety of all devotees and prevent any incidents during the largest tribal congregation in the world.
