Ramadoss urges EC to take action against Anbumani
S. Ramadoss, founder of the PMK, has written to the Election Commission urging them to investigate Dr. Anbumani, a former party member, for allegedly using the PMK's name for political gain. The letter states that Dr. Anbumani holds no official position within the PMK and attempting to hold alliance talks with another party is illegal. The Delhi High Court has also clarified that the Election Commission does not have authority to declare Dr. Anbumani as the PMK president.
