DYFI State secretary V.K. Sanoj accused Palakkad MLA Rahul Mamkootathil and the Congress leadership of moral misconduct related to fundraising for Wayanad disaster relief, alleging irregularities in funds collected by the Youth Congress. Sanoj claimed Mamkootathil was a key link in a "crime syndicate" within the party and called for a public response from the Congress.
