
Nalgonda police arrest man from Madhya Pradesh for theft, recover 600 grams of gold worth ₹85 lakh
Nalgonda district police arrested a member of an inter-state gold theft gang, Shah Allah Rakha, in Madhya Pradesh. The arrest followed a 15-day operation using technical surveillance and was made after the theft of gold ornaments from a bus near a roadside eatery on the Hyderabad-Vijayawada National Highway. The accused confessed to committing similar thefts with his associates Ashraf Khan, Saif Ali Khan, Jabar Khan, and Umar Khan in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Police recovered 600 grams of stolen gold worth ₹85 lakh from Shah Allah Rakha. The remaining members of the gang are being sought.
