Guru Tegh Bahadur row: Punjab police file FIR over ‘doctored’ video

Jalandhar Police Commissionerate filed an FIR against Kapil Mishra, a BJP leader and Delhi Minister, for uploading and circulating a doctored video of Atishi, an AAP senior leader. The police found that the word “Guru” was not uttered by Ms. Atishi in the video. The Delhi Assembly Speaker has deemed the action as a breach of privilege and will consider appropriate action against the Jalandhar Police Commissioner.
