Mahila Morcha seeks judicial inquiry into police ‘disrobing’ woman during arrest

Ms. Manjula accused Hatti of acting like a goon and called for her dismissal from service. The incident prompted the National Commission for Women to be informed about the matter. Following the BJP protest, the Police Commissioner initiated an inquiry into the incident led by the Deputy Commissioner of Police.
