The decision followed discussions with Chief Minister V.D. Satheesan and Agriculture Minister T. Siddique. Stringent measures will ensure timely payment, while a three-pronged strategy involving containment, mitigation, and compensation will be implemented in 55 priority areas. Advanced technologies like AI and remote sensing will also be used to address human-wildlife conflict.
