Siddaramaiah celebrated his record-breaking tenure as Karnataka's longest-serving Chief Minister with feasts, special poojas, and the distribution of sweets in Mysuru. A group of Congress leaders, including M.K. Somashekar, M. Lakshmana, H.A. Venkatesh, R. Murthy, and B.J. Vijaykumar, participated in a special pooja near the 101 Ganapathi Temple. Siddaramaiah acknowledged his fondness for country chicken dishes, noting their traditional significance in rural areas.
