Overnight, Russian missiles and drones struck Ukraine's capital Kyiv and surrounding areas, killing at least 12 people including two children and six railway workers of state company Ukrzaliznytsia. Six others were killed in Ukrainian strikes on Russia’s Belgorod region. Strikes hit eight other Ukrainian regions; an Indian national was among the casualties.
