Kerala Budget to be presented on January 29
The 16th session of the Kerala Assembly, the final one under the Pinarayi Vijayan-led Left Democratic Front (LDF) government, will begin on January 20, 2026. The session is scheduled to run from January 20 to March 26 with breaks in session and will feature a discussion on the Motion of Thanks to the Governor's address. The session will also host the 2026 edition of Loka Kerala Sabha from January 29 to 31. The 2026-27 State Budget will be presented on January 29, 2026.
