The Delhi High Court is scheduled to hear on January 5, 2026, a petition filed by RJD leader Lalu Prasad Yadav challenging the special court's order framing charges against him and his family in the alleged IRCTC scam case. The court had previously framed charges of cheating, criminal conspiracy, and sections of the Prevention of Corruption Act against the accused, including Mr. Lalu Yadav, Pradeep Kumar Goel, and Rakesh Saksena. The hearing will be before Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma.
