India's Dr S Jaishankar to visit Russia for 27th IRIGC-TEC session on Aug 23

On August 23, 2026, Dr. S. Jaishankar, India's External Affairs Minister, will visit Russia at the invitation of First Deputy Prime Minister Denis Manturov to co-chair the 27th session of the India-Russia Inter-Governmental Commission on Trade, Economic, Scientific, Technological and Cultural Cooperation (IRIGC-TEC). During his two-day stay, Jaishankar will meet Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov to discuss regional and global issues.
