The FIR, filed by Chanal Shekhar, an associate of Ballari City MLA Nara Bharath Reddy, accuses Janardhan Reddy and his brother Somasekhar Reddy, along with others, of assault, threats, and using weapons during the confrontation. The incident prompted heavy police security around Janardhan Reddy's residence and sensitive areas, including Valmiki Circle.
