Former Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party chief Arvind Kejriwal claimed today that the case against senior party leader Satyendar Jain, who was arrested over alleged manipulation in a Delhi Jal Board tender process involving Rs 1,943 crore contracts, will be proven false. The Anti-Corruption Branch cited irregularities and criminal conspiracy in sewage treatment plant contracts. Six people were arrested; Kejriwal accused the BJP of politically motivated actions linked to Punjab elections.
