CM inaugurates campaign on wellness health care

Kerala's Health department launched a campaign called 'Anandam, Arogyam - Vibe 4 Wellness' on New Year's Day to encourage people to adopt healthier lifestyle habits. The campaign, inaugurated by Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, aims to raise awareness about good dietary habits, moderate exercise, adequate sleep, and self-care. The program will involve various activities across the state, including events at the Central stadium, workshops targeting different age groups, and collaborations with yoga clubs and health centers. Over 10 lakh people are participating in the campaign.
