CJP Founder Vows Action as Father of Party Volunteer Dies After Attack

On August 13, 2026, Janab Mafik, father of Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) volunteer Shaik Abdul Hafeez, was attacked in Bankura, West Bengal. He died on August 15. Three people were arrested on August 16 after a first information report was lodged against five suspects. Suvendu Adhikari, Chief Minister of West Bengal, dismissed allegations linking local BJP workers to the attack. Abhijeet Dipke, CJP founder, vowed continued action.
