Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan to inagurate Vibe 4 Wellness campaign on January 1

Kerala's Health Minister Veena George reported that the state's health survey using the Shylee app revealed a 34% prevalence of hypertension and a 24% prevalence of diabetes among adults aged 30 and above. The ICMR-INDIAB study found a higher prevalence of hypertension in Kerala, over 44%. To address this, the Vibe 4 Wellness campaign will launch on January 1st with an aim to reach 10 lakh people through awareness programs targeting various demographics. The campaign focuses on promoting healthy dietary habits, physical activity, and good sleep hygiene.
